Is my plant overwatered? Also is this a light burn or what?

Hey,

What is wrong with my plant, I think it is overwatered because it is droopy and why are some of the leaves have yellow spots? One of the leaves is yellow but a second one is yellow all over it.

I would think light burn would be on the top of your plant unless your lights are on the side? Myself I water once every 3 or 4 days and that seems to be plenty.I would get that into a bigger pot soon......BOL

IMHO, I don't think a plant like that needs to be watered but only once every 2 or 3 days max

Definately transplant to bigger pots,
and stop drowning them, the roots need oxygen to grow.
