Will a 150w hps + cfl's support 4 plants?

Hey everyone, my space is about 27 cubic feet so a 400w is over doing it and the 250 watt may be too heavy for the ceiling of my grow room, so my question is will a 150 watt with about 4 100w equivalent bulbs support 4 plants for veg and 2 for flowering? i plan on growing 4 plants, but will only keep 2 females (hopefully)

i read 100w for the first plant, and 50w after that, and about 2500-3000 lumens per plant. The strain is Norther Lights x Shiva, grows to about 100cm, although I've read that it can vary, either way i plant on lst.

So im wondering if the 150w will support 4 plants for veg, i plan on vegging for 3-4 weeks. to keep the plants on the smaller side.

Any help would be appreciated
