start a growroom in my washroom?

Hey, i live in an apt and i have an idea of using my own washroom as a growroom. since theres already a fan in there, i wouldnt have to worry much about the smell or ventilation?

anyone here have growrooms set up in their washrooms? any further info would be appreciated.

Depends on light setup you plan on using... HID lights can put out a lot of heat so confined places aren't the best... but it can be possible if your washroom is ventilated well...

Bathtub/shower is good place to put plants... easy to drain... cool place.. reflective..
