can you tell me about 12/12 indoor to outdoor

i use 250 hps i just put my babies under 12/12! been indoor the whole time! can i switch back and forth like let them be in sun light most of the day then bring them back in for the 12 hours or darkness then when my lights cut back on wait for the sun put them back out then bring them back in when its time? any info please!

thanks man! i didnt know if switching back & forth like that would hurt them cuz of the light intensidy from the sun to hps! and i didnt know if the sun would throw them back into the veg stage! light is 12/12 from 6am - 6pm! hps cuts on @ 6 i put them in the sun about 8-8:30 till 6 thats like 9 hours of sunlight! so i was worried about them going back into the veg stage! but thanks again man

i did that last year and the turned out great.

there's a catch to that free light and that's the problem of infecting your plants with spider mites and then bringing them into your grow room. Once you've got them there you'll never get rid of them.
Also you can't just stick indoor grown plants in full sun or you'll get UV burn. You have to harden them off gradually by putting them in shade during the hottest part of the day (10 Am - 3PM) till they're ready this takes some experience.

yea! tell me about it! just a couple of trips in and out then im like damn that closet is looking good ya know! their bug free right now so maybe i should just keep them in under my hps and let them flower! i dont want any bugs defenitly not in my grow room cuz i dont want my next batch to start off infeasted

and thats funny cuz i have more problems with them little fuckers indoors then out.

when i first started on my grow room i cleaned everything real good and i put 7-dust all around the bottom of the walls just incase some little bastards try to come looking for a new home!
