I bought two turtles... like 7 months in between buys. I bought them for 5 bucks from a chinese woman that runs around selling them near me... Theres tons of people that sell them here some want 20 bucks tho so yea... They were both the size of a quarter When I bought them... There in a 30 galon tank... I bought one the day befor christmass this year... a little gift to myself... now he is already 5 inches long... and hes the small one...
There bothe red eared sliders by the way...
I used to put the little one in my fish tank but even then he was so big he would fuck shit up in there... throwing rocks everywear knocking down castles making my fish jump into the lid...

If you get them when they are little, they will be cool with each other. Put them in a decent size tank so they can establish their indepent territories and they will be like family. You can't have a full grown one and then just throw another in with it...that would be a bloodbath, no matter what size tank you have...LOL.

The electric blue jack demsey looks pretty damn cool.
If had a salt water tank I would want lots of coral and anenamies and colorful fish...
I used to do volenteir work at the aquarium near me... used to be one of the best aquariums like 20 years ago... The brooklyn aquarium in Coney island. Coney islands a pretty weird cool place all on its own...
They had Pirahnas but the other type the ones that are all sparkly... The red bellies are supost to be the chillest of all pirahnas though... and the pirahnas at the awuarium didnt do much... ever... but they probably feed them at night so theres no remains.

Aye, the red eared one, same kind i had i think. The funny thing is he never learned to just not go in the water when the fish was out. It's like he liked being pushed through the water. Not like a simple fish could get through the shell anyways.

Alright I guess....very slow here at work. I've surfed the net so much there is nothing more to look at! I just wish this day would end so I can go home and get BAKED!!!!:joint:
