I do the same thing, then bitch later on. First, wet the soil down, and wait 1 hour, then transplant them now for 2 reasons. Crowded roots in a small container is not good, and as they get bigger, the roots entertwine, causing more potential harm. You've got several months to go, already paranoid....? Some liquid seaweed would help the roots go through the transplanting.
Once the Babies are in the new pots, "the roots MUST be in contact with soil, not air pockets, so water well & pack soil lightly after transplanting them". Don't expose them to too much direct light for a couple days, let them adjust first.

I do not intend to leave them all in such cramped conditions. What I need to know is it okay while they're so small to plant them all in the same pot and transplant them whenever they get too big or should I go ahead and seperate them now?
