Veg indoory to flower outdoor?

ok so my friend is doin his first grow and im tryin to find a fast efficient way for him to grow simply because he does not have a green thumb by any means. i was thinking that maybe if he was to veg 24/0 indoor for his grow period and then put them outside at the beginning of summer and hope they flower. Where i live we get about 14 hours of light a day. Think it will work? it was just a thought........

no you need 12hrs light 12hrs dark
they will veg until the light is right
ive done this and it works i did indoor until they were big then when the outside light was right i put em out and im 2 weeks off getting good buds

Well if you are so close to harvesting this early in the year outside, can you tell me your day light hours???

and then its dark im oz in we are coming in winter

Plant in early June, harvest around late Sept or early Oct for most of North America. Also watch for that first frost, cause that will be the time to harvest.

That's what most folks do that live in the colder climates. 14 hours of light outside is long enough days to move outside now, leave them in the shade first and gradually introduce them to full sunlight or they'll get fried by the UV light.

well see he has his plants indoor right now under some cfls but considering the room in his house, his knowledge, and his budget flowering outdoor would be best for him. not to mention he is looking to have pot ASAP. i have been considering this for him for a while but never really heard of anyone doing this before

really? thats interesting. but we dont live in a very cold climate, mild for the most part. great outdoor season but im just not sure how his plants will react to this and i dont want to mess up his first grow due to a simple lack of knowledge
