Can i sprout a plant with 2700k 25 wat cfls?

Well how will my sprouting and veg stage go useing 2700k instead of 5000k+

Im broke as it is and i probably wont be able to get my self a couple cfls for a bit

It will work, although it isn't ideal. Make sure you keep the bulbs extremely close once the seedling has established itself properly, to prevent stretching.

I dunno what 270k means, but I have sprouted under 2 15w long cfls and plan on growing under them
2700k is the color spectrum of the bulb. It is more red/orange, which is better for flowering, but not ideal for vegging. The other commonly used spectrum is 6500k, which is more blue, and better for vegging but not as good for flowering.

With one single 25 watt CFL you can grow a single plant for up to a month and a half (I grew a plant from seed with a 13w CFL for 3 weeks no problem. Its all about reflection.) After that I would get more lights ASAP, or move outdoors.
