you guys dont know shit, the plants start to flower/bud when daylight hours are 12 hours or less, and to keep them from flowering - 14 should be fine but to grow it fast then 16 - 18 hours a day would be the best.

the plants need some hours of dark.

saturate the medium throughly... dont be scared to hit them with water... the minute there is none those bitches are history they will fall over and die on the spot. I would rather risk over watering over not enough water when it comes to seedlings any day of the week.
