hey im in need of some help

im a first time grower and i have a few questions. i planted some seeds about 3 weeks ago and now i have a few little plants. they are about 2.5 inches. is this an average size for a plant their age? also what are some good nutrients to use that are cheap? is miracle grow any good?

dont use miracle grow. use some organic fertalizers... Blue Mountain Organics are very popular and great prices

indoor or outdoor? and did u sprout the seeds b4 u planted them? what kinda soil r u using? and if indoor what lights r u using. got ne pics?
