This would be the most effective.just dont use any chemical ferts whatsoever and flush the plant a few weeks before harvest
i heard about this in cali..mostly done with grape flavored soda or concentrated juice and its called purple rain..im just to scared to try it soo u think what u said works good or what? How about an old trick.... that's cheap & works......
.
Take 1/2 a can of frozen juice concentrate (flavor or your choice) grape, apple, pineapple, or even the pina colada mix - add to two gallons of unchlorinated water, add one ounce of SPT, or a sock with a handful of well aged compost. Bubble for two days, then give each girl one quart of this mix, via the root zone.
.
This must be done, three days before the finish / harvest. Do not water afterwards (or add to the reservoir), to ensure maximum flavor is absorbed.
.
Cheap, simple, & effective......
.
Hope this helps......

I use Grandma's. You can find it in most supermarkets. You can use it through the whole grow, because it feeds the good microorganisms. I use a little in conjunction with BMO nutes.is there any certain brands of unsufursed blackstrap molasses to buy that are better than others others? and you only use it during flowering???
It's up to you, every week, or every other. Two tablespoons per gallon of water.how do you apply it? once a week and how much??
wow ohso... that is a great idea. i can't wait to try this for my next grow! could you elaborate what the addition of spt or compost is for? i normally cut off the spt after week 5 since the population is established. thanks! How about an old trick.... that's cheap & works......

Somebody041..... The micro-beasties (good bacteria & fungi) in the SPT or the well aged compost, will help breakdown the fruit juice concentrate to a very soluble (useable) form. That way your plants can take in more of it, more easily.

I've used the orange peel method quite a few times & I like the taste, just be careful as in addition to a bit of flavor it also infuses moisture into the jars of bud.On this note, has anyone ever tried curing with something that would infuse the buds with aroma? I was thinking of trying some orange peels, not too much, just some shavings, to give the buds a nice citrus smell.
