before you start feeding epsom salt, try flushing your medium with PH adjusted water, if its a lockout it wont mater what you feed, the medium will just accumulate more salts, its take very few feedings for substantial salts to biuld up, take care of the flush first then go forward from there, looking at the other fan leaves from that dark color green it appears to be getting plenty of food, good chance the problem lies down below
