ok how do people,,

im a little confused,,

i hav had to swich to 12/12 this week but my flowering nutes aint here for another 10days,, ive been using bio canna vega for a veg nute
(its shit not enough N ,plants kept getting defficiant) npk 3.5/1/5.5

i just got a little bottle of cheep nutriants from town,, i thout it might do me until my biobizz selection gets here..

it says flowering nutriant

this is what confuses me=

it says NPK ferlilizer 4/20/10 with trace elements

then underneeth it says

nitrogen 0.4%
phosphorus 2.02%
potassium 1.01%
does this mean the npk is 0.4/2.02/1.01 ?????

mg 0.23%
fe 0.02%
cu 0.001%
b 0.0006%

so what npk is it?? im confused??

i thought if i did it half strength it mite be npk 2/10/5
if the full npk was really 4/20/10,,

:joint:any help on this matter deserves some rep as i havent got a scooby:joint:

yea them bio canna range are pure spaggage, ripoff,, like double the price of bio bizz,,
i would continue to use the veg nute for the first 12 days of 12/12 if my veg nute wasnt so shit..
my plants use the nutes in 3days and they only need watering once a week, so im getting 3days of good growth then 4 days of deffincencys if u get me?

with the new nute whats confusing me is is says npk 4/20/10 then underneeth it says

n 0.4%
p 2.02%
k 1.01% so is it 4/20/10 or 0.4/2.02/1.01 ????????????????????????????????

im using the canna terra pro+ soil aswell

also where in the uk can i get magnesium sulphate (epsom) ??

From what I've read and gathered, lowering the N during flowering is mostly to help taste. If your plants are showing N def early in flowering , give them some. (a blood meal tea is pretty much nothing but N. Nature's Nectar has a line of individual nutes)

ive got npk 8/1/1 guano wich i make a brew with for my N boosts,

even though a veg nute should have enough N so that u shouldnt get defficent the bio canna dosent

4/20/10 and .4/2.02/1.0 are the same thing, it's a ratio. Half strength will be the same ratio of npk.

why does it say n 0.4% and n 4,, shal i just assume its 4/20/10 like it states and ignore the n p and k percentages?

thats fine for flowering. and that is the NPK the last two numbers are your flower numbers.:hump: the 1st number is for growth. but you do need to keep an even ballance.

the normal canna range is expensive but second to none imo , i use the lot , veg ,bloom, rizotonic , cannazyme , pk13/14 ,boost acc, and flush in canna pro soil.

their site has a very handy nute calculator.

Yes, assume it's 4/20/10. The more important thing is to know the EC or TDS. If you dilute it you'll still have the same ratio on npk, just a lot less nutrients.

so a half strength mix of 4/20/10 wil be like feeding them a 2/10/5 nute? does that sound fine then until i get my biobizz stuff?

or shud i use a bit off nitrogen guano in the mix aswell?

my plants eat nitrogen like no strain ive ever grown

i cant test ec or tds

i know, ive seen some good results with canna coco & canna terras but the bio canna isnt half as good as biobizz,, ive now used both and biobizz whoops bio canna,,

ill still be using pk13/14 but thats it,,

lets face it canna shud of left the bio nutes to biobizz,, instead of charging stupid prices for nutes that fallshort,,

my plants eat all the N in canna soil in less than a week,, PLANTS ARE 3.4 FOOT TALL

If i gave them 4/20/10 nute full strength would it fuck them up..

its not ideal at this stage of growth.

so full dose aint really full dose the lying bastards,,,,

thanx ppl :peace:
