I read that story, of course it came from a very left leaning magazine so you have to know the source. They sorta hop around the issue, but it comes down to the FACT that it was UNKNOWN to anyone what was actually there. It may come to no surprise that there was SOMETHING there, but NO ONE except for top officials knew that it was the VP bunker, not even the folks who live nearby. The story itself corroborates this.

Biden may be an asshat, but aren't most VP's?
