Im in the process of flushing but the leaves are not changing colour

Im using an Atami Wlma drip feed system, I began flushing with fresh water & Hygrozyme PH 6.2/PPM 300.
Its been 6 days into the flushing process & the leaves still havnt began changing colour. The only difference are that some brown spots have developed.

Im just wondering why the plants are not taking in the Nitrogen yet.
