nevermind I got it.. Who is ever using that chat and growing illegaly... remember IRC automatically makes your IP address public and viewable by any person who can use the /whois command.. i would get mIRC and use a socks proxy instead of and connecting to irc.dalnet.org instead of going on through rollitup.. as it is the DALnet network is known for having tons of officials on there due to other illegal activities going on.. just something to think about
