how much veg time should you give...

I have 5 plants in the flowering phase... two of them got 8 weeks veg and the other three got only a month

The two that got 8 weeks vegging are doing much much better than the other 3, ive heard lots of different opinions on how much veg time to give - guy at the hydro shop says 6-8weeks, whereas some folk on here say 4 weeks then filp them

Whats peoples thoughts, do you think the increased yield is a result of having a longer veg time???

yes more veg = higher yeild.
in nature they veg for a good 3-4 months before starting to flower.

in nature they get big, id say 2 months for a nice yield, i only did a month of veg and got about 3-4 oz.

light too room size are a big factor to what you can accomplish.

Im using CFLs just now and im reckoning 1/2 oz per plant off the ones that got the 8wks veg and only about 1/4oz per plant for the ones that only got a month - damn this waiting game lol, growing marajuana takes time patience money love and knowledge lol - HPS and grow tents for my next grow definatley.
