Just ordered Spores, Can you recommend a tek???

So I've just ordered some B+, and Amazonia Spores. I've read a bit about the different Teks etc etc and that the PF Tek is best for a beginner. On the shroomery I think it says to boil you're 1/2 pint jars while full of substrate (vermiculite and brown rice flour) before innoculation. Making sure not to get water into the jars. Is this step correct or did I read it wrong???
If anyone could point me in the direction of a well laid out Tek that would be great.

not exactly wat 2 do but i fucked sum spores up didnnt presure cook got contamed plus if your subtrate not rite that shit gon take take like 5 weeks to a good amount of white never got past that part :joint:
