I've always soaked my rock wool for a while with bottled water when I use it to start clones. (after a dip in rooting gel, of course.) Seeds I've always started in those little jiffy disc doo-dads that come flat like a disc but expand into little gobs of soil with net around them. Those are actually REALLY cheap if the garden shop has them seperately (they're like five cents apiece around here) and there's enough things to feed the plant in that little gob of dirt for the first few weeks. That's all academic, of course, since you're already sprouted. (keep in mind for next time) Some kind of VERY diluted fertilizer, anything at this point, would be good, since I'm thinking they may be kind of starving. Also, what's your temp and air flow like? 75 to 85 degrees and reasonable airflow keep a lot of problems away. I don't claim to be any kind of expert, but I've had some good luck so far. Also, sounds like you're going to be down to one or two plants by the time you flower. Cross your fingers and pray for females. (Sounds like me last Saturday night... "snif"...)
