Will organized crime abuse future LED technology?

So with a exspensive LED set up like this http://www.prosourceworldwide.com/product_p/illuminator superpro hybrid.htm, which costs about almost $3,000, how much yield do you think it will provide.Iam not looking for exact yield amounts, just ball park, roughly on average.
Do you think in the future organized crime groups will invest in a lot of this to power huge stealthy marijuana grow operations? As long as the yield and quality is decent, the tradeoff for low energy consumption and heat signature is well worth it. Now if this LED technology got cheaper or better in the near future would it justify the use of it over HPS?
So what do you guys think, will organized crime groups abuse this LED technology in the future?

Anyways, LEDs could very possibly be cheaper.

50,000 hours, under warranty, typically. Only around 8,766 hours in a year. Most serious HPS growers replace their bulbs at least once a year, and every 90 days or so with HPS bulbs up to thousands of lumens are lost forver!. Bulbs wear out quite quickly. So you figure 5 high-quality bulbs, say $100 a pop(including s&h, your time to go down to the hydro (e?)store, whatever). That's $500 for 5 years. Ok, figure in a nice ballast $400? That's $900.

So, $3000 difference left. Consider power cost over 5 years.

5 years at 700w and 10 cent per kWh
That's $3068.10 for these LEDs.

They claim this comparison:
5 years at 2400w and 10 cents per kWh
That's $10,519.20(or costs a little over 4 grand more, alltogether)

Lets figure how to break even:
hours*kW*price=$6068.10
43830*kW*.10=6068.10
43830*kW=60681
kW = 1.38 (kilowatts)

So, there you have it, if you replaced a 1.38 kW HID system with this LED system it would pay for itself in 5 years.

Even before LEDs organized crime always had huge marijuana grow ops. I have seen news of so many grow ops being busted. I even watch cop shows on cable tV showing helicopters using heat cameras to detect for grow ops.

Look Iam not saying people who use LEDs are using it for organized crime, so this thread is in no way an attack on other LED growers.
