Im hoping to get one male and just one out of my six WW seeds.(Probably 50/50 but one can hope)
That one will go into an isolation chamber for pollen production. What kind of light can I get away with?
Or does it need as much as the females to make the pollen?
Or can i just have it as a big livingroom plant.

I've let male plants sit in buckets or cardboard boxes to die(letting then dry out makes composting them faster, as I crumple them up into nothing that *looks* like weed). Anyway, they've produced pollen in complete darkness.

Thanks.
How long will it take?
Say a have one male and one female from seed.
The female goes into a growbox with plenty of light 16/8 and the male just sitts in the window and gets watether sun shines in.
After a while the female gets 12/12 and the male gets the same sunlight as before. I guess that the male wont have pollen ready for the female when she is ready to recieve it?
