Have numerous plants in the front yard of our new place and recognizable but no buds. Is this plant male, @ about 3 feet high? It has 9 fingers on it but no buds. Is there a way to make this male a female so I can finally relax??

I'm new to this myself, but am still fairly confident that you cannot change a male plant into a female plant. We'd all be doing it, otherwise. Any pics? There are some instructions in the FAQ on how to determine the plants sex, which may or may not be of any help. Good luck with those plants!

ok so for some reason you were just being a smart ass rather then helping the guy out.

Ok so go here

So basically if your plants has sacks of balls its a male. if it has a penis (pistil) its a female :D look 2 the dirgame. once your babies start to show their sex you will know.

Also there is no way to give a plant a sex change. lol

your at to early of a stage to for them to start showing their sex so just give it time. no rush. u cant rush this kinda thing. with growing, you get out what u put in. so just relax it will come

I am almost positive that @ 3ft tall they have been showing pre-flowers.
opps right you are, i guess i over looked the height :D depending on your enviroment it should be showing preflower, but it may be strand dependent. If you have a late bloomer them you wont see then @ 3 weeks where as if you had and 8 weeker you would see flowers now, or the late stages of preflower.

take some pictures (good pictures) and let us see, I'll repsond ASAP after seeing pictures.
