I thought if you hermied a female plant the seeds would be femm?

That is true, but as I stated earlier, the only way to get true feminized seeds, i.e. with very low to 0% hermi traits will be to stress it with colloidal silver so it produces male flowers with pollen. Use that pollen to pollinate other females and you'll have feminized seeds.
If you stress it by f*cking with the light cycle, you'll likely have seeds that have stronger hermi traits, i.e. not true feminized seeds.

where do you find colloidal silver to give to plants?

you need to make your own silver solution its easy google 'making colloidal silver at home' or something similar i make mine with distilled water or good ro and a battery charger 2 alligator clips a glass bowl and 2 pure .999 silver quarter ounce coins. a solution of 500 to 1000ppm should suffice.
