Outdoor grows are a little unpredictable, I suppose in good conditions you could expect around 3 oz's per plant maybe a little more or less each, it would also depend on where and at what point in the year they were planted. One would also be assuming they were all females with those kind of calculations, and that the plants were managed well enough to keep pests and other natural bad factors at bay. If you were just using random seed and not feminized, which would be incredibly expensive in a situation (feminized seed is not that cheap nor have I ever heard of anyone ordering it in that kind of volume) that large you can only hope for roughly 50-60% of them to be female, which means half the crop would need to be removed at some point too. The more I think about it the more I realize it's pretty much impossible to answer this question accurately.

Same type question - you need to get real specific if you want a realistic answer.
1. Indoors, Outdoors, fert, hydro/soil, SOG, SCROG, etc.....

depends completely on the grow....u could have em in a real shitty place and get a 1/8 oz per plant or perfect conditions and u could easily get a few pounds a girl.

first-make your own feminized seeds then live in canada where ur fine and set up a massive medical grow operation. ive seen pics of ones that must have like 5,000 at least. the one guy shows this grow setup for
medical (he's in canada and has a card and is growing for like 10 people or something like that) cuz some tv documentry people were doing indepth studies of legal cannabis in canada. they've played it like 12 times since wednesday on one of the news like channels here. and the new one to come out is just the one from last year with like 5-10 very little scenes added in. i thought it would suck but actually it was alot more improved than what i/we thought possible. anyone remember the name of that documentry? cannabis something something
