Im wondering if this is old enough to tell if its male or female.. I've actually been flowering it for about 3 Days now.. I spent 19 Days in Veg. Im doing this this early because i havent had a successful plant yet..

So im wanting to take a plant from Start to finish, before i start experimenting with and Messing with it.. So if something goes wrong.. Im ready for it because i have already "Experienced it"

Anyway..

The little red arrows point to the Nodes.. which have little leaves growing out of them.. I'm guessing this is a sign of a male otherwise it would be a pistol.. but who knows.. Any advice at all would be great.

It is way too early to tell.

I am sorry to here that you haven't had a successful plant yet.

Tell me about your setup and I would be glad to help you

Soil
ferts
lights
Where they are setup to grow.

Tell me as much as you can, and we should be able to figure it out

I have a small fan on the plant 24/7 and using water that is 6.8 PH 0 Clorine and i let it sit out for at least 2 Days before watering..

My guess is it's already filled most of that pot with roots, Marijuana loves to grow roots early on. You may consider a slightly large pot if you want the growth rate to continue.

I would suggest adding some perlite to the mix to help with aerate the soil

No suggestions needed there. Just have some veg nute (high in nitrogen) for when shes ready for it

Lights :
Veg 4 23 (100w) CFLs - just make sure they are daylight (6500K)

Flower 4 23 (100w) CFLs - Warm (2700k)

Definitely get a reflector to direct all the light to the plant

Setup : Closet (To keep outside light from getting in.

During the veg period you don't really have to worry so much about that. Just give them a 18/6 light schedule

Water them when they need to be water. Just lift the pot if it feels very light you will know they need to be water.

Also you want to make sure they get fresh air and watch your temps. Get a thermometer.

Lastly I know you are only growing one plant, but its always best to start with more, just in case it turns out to be a male

My bad i should of been clearer..

4 Days cycle is when the Bottom of the pot just drys out (I have a moisture Meeter)

My Veg Lights are 6500
My Flower Lights are 2700

I have perlite.

I have a fan that i rotate for.. Pulling air in.. and pulling air out.. to keep fresh air cycling through the closet..

my "BOX" is actually a cardboard box which i have doctored. and the tempature sits around 70-80 depending on what time of the day it is.

And my Veg Light Cycle was 18/6 and Flowering Cycle is 12/12

Does anyone else think i need to transplant the plant?
No its seems to early for that.

you can look at the bottom of the pot. If you see roots coming out then, possible you could.

I would wait till the plant is absorbing a lot more water at a faster rate. possible if say you have to water every two days then it would be time to transplant

Honestly, I moved my plant to a bigger pot and it shows. they started growing a little bit faster. But what I did was watered it and let it sit for a couple days and then transplanted it. It makes less of a mess and you can just tip it upside down tap on the bottom and it will slide right out of the container. Then break up access dirt on the side so your roots are not all wined up in the formation of ur container. That way it can just start spreading easier throughout the new container........I think thats sums it up on my point of view. Other than waiting you'll have less branches to worrying about breaking. Thats just what i would do but good luck hope she's female.

yeah only secondary growth like someone mentioned.. i'm on week 8 from seed and i'm just seeing some preflowers and it's too early to tell for me also as i'm very anxious to pull out any males to allow more light for the remaining.. more 2700k during veg brings out the preflowers early i beleive.

as for the transplant it depends what you want?? one tall cola with small side growth?? or a short bush?? if you want the tall singluar cola translant into it's final pot now.. If you want to control the hieght and let it bush out more keep it in those pots for a bit longer.. i kept mine in those kinda pots till week 7 (6 on one which is loving the new pot).. its helps control the plant hieght without toping.. but you can over do it.. I shoulda transplanted in week 5... or even 4...
the plant will only get as big and as tall as it's base/anchor will let it.. then it concentrates on lower nodes and creating a wider center of gravity.. like topping.. but naturally.. ;o) and you still get upward growth when transplanted..

Does this mean that the secondary growth at the bottom node is a good sign of it trying to focus on that? meaning it could use a bigger pot? or should i watch the top growth.. and if it keeps getting taller.. its okay for now?
