Where can I get rubber stoppers?

Would wal-mart or Home Depot / Lowes have rubber stoppers? I need a little one to plug my downtube.

you can find rubber and cork stoppers at homedepot
the HD by my place stocked the plugs in what seemed to be the lumber department... maybe near the "dowels" are kept.

the rubber one do cost a bt more thanthe cork

I worked at lowes before, the ruber plugs are in the hardware section(nails screws ect.) in the drawers
