Liar liar, pants on fire, your nose is longer than mine. Capitalism is the definition of Greed in the peoples dictionary. Let's see, we have some capital, ill gotten or not. We use it to exploit the poor by giving them minimum wage jobs to move them off the welfare rolls, thereby making us shitloads of profit and enabling us to move as far away as possible from those worthless wretched souls. That about explains Capitalism to a tee.
What a overly simplistic view. How then do you explain the abundance of jobs requiring skills that are not paid at minimum wage. Capitalism is the only system that guarantees a method of fairly determining the value of a person's training.
To state that a clerk at McDonald's who is a college drop out should receive the same as a Chemist or a Software Engineer is a concernable lack of critical thinking. The reason why skilled labor demands a premium is because skilled labor gets compensated for the time they spent learning their skills.
And as you so often remind us, any one can acquire additional skills, what is stopping those at the bottom from doing so?
Laziness?
The Socialist Ideology of people like you?
An irrational, greedy ideology that rests on the idea that people should get more than they contribute.
Irrational, 1 + 0 = 1, 1 - 2 = -1. As negative values of food are impossible to achieve then it is impossible for Socialism to work. Any nation that follows Socialism is doomed to join the others on the Ash Heap of History.
And stealing what other's produce is theft. Minimizing the time and money that others have put into gathering skills to make themselves more valuable to society is asinine.
Socialists are greedy, bigoted assholes who think they should get more than they contribute.
Capitalists typically want to be able to benefit from their labor with out being forced into bondage for those that are too lazy to help themselves.
And all this talk about disabilities is the patronizing stupidity of people that refuse to believe that humanity is capable of overcoming any obstacle. I posted an article that addressed a young lady that was born with out her arms, she learned how to live with out her arms, and then learned how to fly a plane with her feet. Her aspirations are to become a certified sports-flying instructor.
Socialism not only is an ideology centered on greed (desiring some one else's property with out a fair exchange agreed to by both parties) but is an ideology of pity. Oh, that poor person, too incapable of wiping their own ass.
Pity is nothing more than the patronizing of those that are less fortunate than others. Though I would say that the young woman I mentioned is more fortunate than others. She didn't let her disability discourage her from achieving goals that she set for herself, and thus demonstrate a kind of mind over matter thinking that shows a solid middle class work ethic. Something that neither the poor or the rich have. Something that apparently you once had and then lost, Med.
