Upgrading lights, what do you think

I have a 250watt m/h now and i am having a problem with heat and just the lighting area. I was looking to upgrade to something like this http://www.htgsupply.com/viewproduct.asp?productID=50061. Do you think that will be enough for a mother and 4 clones.

Yes yes yes on T's... I use T5 & 12's and love them... cooler than CFL and low power usage....... I just got T's and HPS but I was surprised with the T's.

I was going to use the T's for veg and still keep the 400w HPS for the flow. With it being 4ft long, does it have the same lummens throughout the length of the lights.

Yeah, thats the way to go... exactly what I do.. start with T's and switch to HPS .. but for veg and mothers nothing better than T's IMO..

As for Lumen I believe a fluorescent is constant all the way ....
