Mystic my friend, KUSH is a pure INDICA comming from the KUSH MOUNTAINS...Afghans' sister...There R many kush hybrids eg. Blueberry,Strawberry etc....But if you R a pure INDICA lover. Try an Afghan Kush, Hindu Kush, Master Kush ( not the kush x skunk wich is still a good stone.....but the hindu x hindu) I put my lungs on it , that if you grow a non hybridized Kush it will be some of the best Indica you have smoked ever....give it a try....I get my kush beans fron a local bank and have grown some bag seed...and it hasn't failed no hype no bullshit......I thought kush was sativa dominant?? And thats an plant thats showing more indica traits. Don't come swinging at me cause maybe I'm wrong about kush being sativa. I know this cause I don't like sativas which is why i never grow any type of kush.
good thing I got about 60 or so of these seeds(in case its a male)
lol, yeah I know that feeling. I don't get 60 seeds, more than I need, but I always grow about 4 and after determining sex then I keep the best one to clone and the rest I grow out. Don't sell yourself short and harvest early, let the plant mature fully so you can really enjot the smoke. Kush is a really nice smoke. If you cure it then it is an amazing smoke. I find most if not all weed that is smoked if bought isn't cured, except when I was in vancouver they take pride. Take some to smoke after you dry it, but fine weed is like fine wine, it gets better with age. I find 3 months does the trick. Hey I wait because I'm not just looking to get stoned, I enjoy my weed. I smoke like I drink not to much, not to get drunk but to enjoy it and enjoy the flavours and richness that can be found in it.
After you manicure and dry your bud, there is still some chlorophyl in it. This is what causes that harsh smoke and when you smoke if you notice that when you've smoked half a join there is a burnt taste that's uncured bud. When cured you can put out a joint half way when you feel good, come back in an hour and relight it and it still has that great taste.Read your post and makes perfect sense to me, I drink because I like the flavor, not to get all retarded drunk(only on special occasions), but I know what you mean.. what would be the best way to cure??Ive heard put it in a jar and open it every once in while to let some fresh air in but other than that does anyone have any other good methods willing to disclose??
And the 60 seeds were given to my by a ex big time grower so yeah.. I dont usually come up on 60+ indica seeds out of nowhere
thanks man... been a really big helpAfter you manicure and dry your bud, there is still some chlorophyl in it. What I do is after drying(when the stems no longer bend but snap), place bud in mason jars (jam jars). Don't pack the jars, just leave it in there nice and roomy not pressed in. Then close the jar nice and tight. Put the jars in a dark area, not to hot not to cold, just in a closet out of the light. Once a day for the first week I open the jars and let it sit open for an hour, while every other day I like to rearrange the bud, take it out turn it around to let it breathe. Now at this point you are not trying to dry out the weed, you are trying to get rid of that nasty chlorophyl. You might noitce the bud seems to get more moist, this is normal. You have to be careful not to let moisture build up in the jars as it will go moldy very fast if it does. After about a week or two of doing this, I start opening the jars every other day for another week or two. Then I seal the jars and put them away for another 2 to 3 months. You will notice while doing this that everytime you open the jars it seems warmer inside the jar and you get a great smell coming out. Sometimes wile curing I add lemon peel, lime peel, any citrus fruit peel into the jar to let it pick up that smell too. Be very, very careful doing this and don't leave the peel in for more than two days at a time as it adds a lot of moisture to the jar. Of course I usually keep one jar aside to get me through the curing process while I wait.
Hope that helps a bit. Your weed will be a lot nicer and a lot smoother.
thanks man... been a really big help
