well it isnt legal for any non-patient to smoke marijuana, but that doesn't stop anyone and never has, so Im sure you'll be fine if you wanna smoke w/one of your patients, but I know that caregivers aren't supposed to also have a medical marijuana rec. The weed you grow is sposed to be for the patients only but no one's gonna bust down your door if your smokin some of the weed you grow.is it legal for a cargiver to smoke marijuana with their patient?
I know it's a little off-topic in terms of your original question, but be aware that the definition of "caregiver" can be pretty specific. Here in California, the legal definition recently changed, making it very difficult to qualify for "caregiver" status under California law. Lots of folks who were using the caregiver classification as a way legally carry medicine are no longer covered by this classification.is it legal for a cargiver to smoke marijuana with their patient?
The short answer is "Yes."Hey in cali does insomnia qualify?I wanna know because im moving back there next year (FUCK YEA! I HATE OREGON)
Oh believe me i know how easy it can be. One of my best friends got his car for breaking his pinkie when he was around 12 years old and claimed it was still hurting. The short answer is "Yes."
In California, it can be very easy to get a doctor's recommendation. Though all recommendations have the same legal standing, some doctor's take the medicinal marijuana issue rather seriously and actually want to see some symptoms, while others are just giving away recommendations for money (usually 100-175 bucks.)
