sorry to say it will never be legal because people like me,who would smoke an ounce a day then say whats my name weres my lunch box.sorry guys.
contact nirvana. they will send you new seeds. this happens every 6 months or so. customs catches on to the packaging. let nirvana know they need to change there packaging. they will gladly replace your order from everything i've read and heard. send them an email they will work with you.
whoever you contacted to order them should be able to help you.

Well you know 40% of people under the age of 30 smoke our magic herb so you never know. It would be hard to stop us all if we all went to it at once. Damn man they would have to see that we are the future of this country of ours and someday we will control all.

Dang. I ordered mine from some site that gets the seeds from the seedbanks and send them themselves(I guess). It was like HEStrading.co.uk(High end seeds). It was discretely packaged and in a smell proof bag. I wouldn't be worried, unless you want to go to court and get them back. That would be a mistake. Good luck and keep us posted.

lol it dont matter its a luck kinda thing if they check your packadge ur busted if they dont your good.

I believe that is a website not an e-mail address. I went to it right when I got the package and opened up a ticket which is what they recommended to do if anyone had any problems/questions. That was four days ago and still no reply. A lot of people say that Nirvana is the best but I am not satisfied at all with their customer support. Thanks for the feedback Meman.

having seeds seized is actually a common thing. the goverment isnt really lenient on it since you are really importing an illegal plant.....
but yeah from what i have read on SEVERAL seedbanks web sites the us gov wont really be concerned untill the 2nd or 3rd time it has happened. never have any equipment shipped to the address that you are growing @. it leaves too much room for error even if it isnt an illegal item.
i know someone that ordered from nirvana @ one time. when her seeds got there, there was a padded envelope with a 6"x6" congtuatted cardboard square in it. no seeds........
thought it may have been seized so we checked on it......but there was no letter so we didnt think so.
searched the package again......no seeds.
checked all the tape in the box......no seeds
we tore apart the cardboard........ and the seeds were in between the layers of it.0_o

Nirvana just mailed my NL seeds out today. I hope homeland security doesn't steal my seeds that i need for my medication.
I wouldnt go as far as saying it doesnt matter where you order your seeds from. There are plenty of scams out there and people to be had. As for Nirvana I had no problems receiving mine. I wont disclose exactly how my seeds were packaged but if you have balls, are right handed, and grab your right butt cheek you should get the idea.

she said they have long time ago stopped sending them that way. so i assumed that they had already known that they have been hidden like that.
this is why i keep some male pollen up in da fridge so i can pollinate a few nugs on the ladies. I take the seeds, package them, label them, and put them up. that way i have a good strain to use at a later point. I also have different types of pollen from many different strains to pollinate with.
then i can use seed stock for new mother plants every once in a while. I like to change strains every once in a while or have 2 strains going in 1 grow so that i dont get totally burnt out on my smoke.
