General Hydroponic nutrient question

No I use twice the amount recommended in gallon jugs... I used the flora nova grow and bloom and compost tea and kool bloom work good for me but everyone has to see what works for them
 
I use half of the amount in drip systems. The plants can take more in bubbler's or areoponics. It depends on what you are running and the strain you have.

I actually have a drip system on my veg side, but my flowering side is an ebb and flo. Can they take full strength in that? and i have white widow and haze

It just depends on the strain. If you have a ppm meter it's a lot easier. I usually start with about 1/4 strength for clones then up to half in a week or two and then full. in flower it's usually between full to twice the strength depending on the strain and the week.

Ebb and flow is similar to drip. You are in medium.
I have grown White Widow and also Atomic Haze.

What I have found is some White Widow is a bit nute shy, Like Green House seeds White widow, but Atomic Haze will take as Much as you give it. If they are both in the same tub I would start with 1/2 strength. In two weeks try full strength and keep an eye on the widow. If she burns, flush for 24 hours and go back to 1/2 strength for a week then try a little more until you get the right balance.

You will have no problem with Atomic Haze, if that is the type of haze you got. Another Strain that grows well with Atomic Haze is Dutch Dragon. You can load both of them.
