If you are talking about Vancouver Island Seed Co. (VISC) I'd say don't bother ordering from them. I had a poor experience from beginning to end (sending money to smoking the finished product) and don't feel that they answer questions directly when asking them specifics about different strains (ie. height, odor, sensitivity to nutes...). They are difficult to send payment to, only accept certain methods of payment (risky methods such as cash or money order without a name), and take way too long to send out an order (took about a month even with paying for the faster delivery method). I just grew the Jinn, Ripper, Dubble Bubble, and Fucking Incredible (should be called Fucking Mediocre) and honestly wasn't impressed with any of them. Sure, they looked nice when growing them, but once everything was said and done, none were impressive, just middle of the road. I wish I didn't waste the last 5 months growing their shit.

That is the website for VSB, they used to sell VISC seeds but stopped for a long time due to mostly garbage germination, I believe. They have them back now but only in the store not online.
I ordered all my seeds from VSB and have great germ rates and some sticky stuff. Jordan of the Islands Blueberry, Afghani and The Purp. I think the only strain I would ever want from VISC is the Blackberry. As far as "Vancouver Island Seed Bank" never heard of it.
