Hey west..

Im trying to find chronic locally cause i dont want to pay 205$ for seeds... do you know of any other cheaper seeds that would grow big arm size buds... 8 mile high grows 10 year old size forearms....LOL

i was going to go hempdepot but being uk id have to send a money order n i just couldn't be arsed so i opted for bidzbay which were pretty poor i have to say, (i had to phone them to remind them to tell them to process the frickin order)wish id just bit the bullet n got some freebies of unknown dank to test:-|

my tga grow is being put back as i have space issues n as i want to keep the really best pheno's im going to have to grow em all out clone them, flower the moms n hope to god i dont get confused with the labels again....

A money order is way safer than using a credit card my friend. I don't give my ID and no one but the person listed can cash it. I am a bit lery of the co's that want you to send one blank. At least with HD you put their name on it and they cash it. Brad is a straight up guy and relys on repete business and referals like my hydro guy. They are not there to rip you off. Next time I would give them a try. Plus Brad will answer any e-mail questions that you ask, you just gotta ask. I seriously got my replacements in 5 bus days and he didn't have to send them.....

I think you should reconcider how your going to run them. If you flower the mom then you loose the seed plant and will be raising a clone. I would stick with the seed plant until it has been cloned so many times it looses it's vigor. Then switch to a clone. Plus this does 2 things: 1 You can grow to the 10th-12th node and take the top as a clone and root it. This gives the lower growth time to fill in and you will have way more clones of your keepers ready when the first ones are flowered and tested. 2 this will allow you to only need space for a small untopped clone rather than a 12 node giant for testing..... ( if you say I won't wait til the 12th node you will find by the time you can see pre flowers thay are almost there)

i think i will try homedepot next time round ive been lookin at a few of the strains on there and its always good to know the people behind it are stand up folk. i dont worry about my card details falling into the po po's horrible mits, im too smallfry, otherwise id have had to pay over the odds for everything at the hydro shop go to amsterdam for the seeds etc etc i just dont worry, if mi5 are gonna jump through my window for half a dozen plants then they must have run out of shoelace lighting nutters...

good advice on the clone/moms thing i was looking at the fastest way to determine sex and phenos rather than looking at longevity of the vigor but im still not convinced that a plant loses any genetic qualities through cloning or we wouldnt have kickarse clone only strains?! or am i missing something?

I have read it will lose vigor after it has been grown out as several clone generations however I don't know this from my own experience. I would look at it like F1 and F2 and so on. Alot of the clone only are started from the seed plant and passed directly around from it thus giving people a cut to mother that is from the seed plant so they are producing a second cut clone. I would think that being grown out as a branch over and over again would seem like it is farther away from the seed plant and would be weaker, but who knows. Otherwise wouldn't every oone be able to get a cut?

I think the phenos will show soon enough for you. I started this grow by cracking seeds on the 23rd of last month (30 days ago). The phenos are starting to show already and so is the sex. They have been transplanted once already and are over 12" tall. How much quicker can you get?

Shity cel phone pic's because the camera is trashed. Great, just in time for our trip. I've looked at the pic's and they are way bad so tough it out til I get a new camera.....

The lower growth is realy taking off. The JTR is keeping the tighest node spacing of all of them. I keep expecting it to stretch but it hasn't. The 2 JC's are totaly different with one short with the mutations and the other tall with better node growth. I will be gone for a week next monday so I took the time to clean up and get the flower room rearranged. I also cut down a plant that I didn't mean to clone but didn't recognise it til it was deep into flower (starting it's 6th week). It doesn't produce any tricromes and looks like lettuce. I like to rotate them every 2 weeks or so just to give them different exposures to the MH and the HPS. I also pull dead leaves and trim the lower limbs because there is no way the light is getting to them and I'm using the flo's I had below the plants last time for the clone and mother cabinet. I have been holding out on the other HPS because they seem to be doing so well with the combination of the two. They got water last night so one more before the weekend then a feed the night before I leave.....

yeah im still finding my feet with the cloning thing, think ive got it down now lol think... im not sure on the whole degeneration thing really ive read pages and pages of arguments about it, and came to the conclusion ill see what happens? it could even be strain related?!

i like a good early shower, especially preflowers. which beans in particular you talkin or all of them?

hey 5 i was thinkin of growin tga beans for my next grow but ive always wanted to try the o.g kush and ive seen the beens on sale from reserva privada no 1 i know in the uk has smoked this ive still got 5-6 weeks on my nycd so still got time to decide by the way ur grow room looks good mate keep it up:joint:ras:joint:
