Nonsense. Almost all intelligence before 9/11 came from the Clinton administration. You need to do a bit of research into Clinton before you post. I could spell it out for you, but that would be like doing your homework.

The world? I'm satisfied with the US. Bush did not increase terrorism at all, it was already there. By going into Iraq, bush killed THREE birds with ONE stone, which in my playbook is a mighty feat.
1.) Toppled a crushing regime in Iraq, which was a destabilizing force in that region.
2.) Kept Al Queda tied up overseas so as to stop anymore domestic terrorism (very important)
3.) Gathered Al Queda into Iraq where they were soundly defeated.

That's a mighty impressive achievement by any standards.

Appeasement only works in the short term while the enemy forces gather their strength to attack en masse later. Clinton is a perfect example of this. If Clinton had acted FORCEFULLY, 9/11 might never have happened.

The memo did exist and it did come from Clinton administation, not that this absolves Clinton. His administration had it's run ins with Alcaeda, and I would say that Clinton had at least one good opportunity to take him out and did not. Big mistake!
