i flush once a month myself....much easier than waiting for it to show nute burn and/or salt buildup and having to deal with it then....a good defense is the best offense

good idea i think i might have burned my plants alittle.. so i am going to flush today....will leaves yellow over to much light and heat?

Someone said their plants use the chloropyll up before harvest... WTF? Does no one know how to grow. The chloropyll is what makes it green, it's there the whole damn time untill you finish curing.... thats WHY you cure... to break it down and get rid of the grass smell and to activate more THC

not according to douche bag up there! he thinks by flushing will use up chloropyll! dumb ass.......i was never against flushing, i have an opinion like everyone else and gave my experience....if this guy or anyone else listens to just YOU or even me for that matter is a DOUCHE themselves.......read what you can and assert your own decisions in the smartest way...not everyones experience will create the same way for you! i DONT FLUSH unless i need to. I DONT smoke harsh chemicals because there are NONE present....flushing is a way to get rid of excess nutrients in your SOIL dumbass! does nothing to the plant itself except forcing it to use up nutrients in itself......IF I HAVE NO nutrients in my soil there is NO NEED to flush.........get it!?

I'd still flush it though even if you think all your nutes are used up because i bet you'll still get rid of some, or at least some of the salts that can build up. Not only that, i use the flush as the last watering and then stop giving it any for the last 3 - 4 days and then another 2 days no water in darkness.

if this is at me, i in no way was directing any anger or "assholeishness" towards you....Flushing is safe and can be effective, so if you do not have a problem do it, then just flush.....i dont feed nutes last 8-days at least and i mix my own soil......after harvest and curring i do not have any (or at least i can't tell) nutes left to smoke......but if it helps ya out....just flush....its not my practice but can be yours
