i dunno... work with kingtrip and his family:razz:.... from what i understand of it, we research land titles for leins, chain of title, etc.... WHY/WHAT FOR is what i dont understand:?

Your job will be to make sure all the t's are crossed and I's dotted. Making sure that the new buyer is buying a clean property with no hidden legal issues. It's a good job and you will get a great understanding of properties and valuations.

well i went to jail and got out in january 2008 and i havent been able to find a job since then. and the fcked up part is i try hard. i lost my license (went to jail) and after i got out i walked miles everyday to fill out applications. i would walk till it was so hott i was sweaty and not presentable. then i would go to the soup kitchen for lunch and walk home which took hours cuz i would walk 10 plus miles lookin for a job. tried labor pool and i got out more than most people cuz i knew the dispatcher but it wasnt enough work to make anymoney cuz the labor pool has hardly any work too. well since then i saved up 140 dollars and bought a little 4x8 trailer and now i scrap metal move stuff or whatever i can do to make money. i seem to be doing pretty good at it theres been times when i made over 400 bucks a week. but some weeks where i only made 150. but overall i make more money working on my own than depending on labor ready or employflorida.com or anything like that

pretty much what i inferred from talking with kingtrip..... and yes its a damn good job..... i am the first real employee.... trip's dad started the company about 2yrs ago, and it is now starting to take off.... im on the ground floor:hump:

im a convicted felon myself..... makes getting a decent job almost impossible without knowing someone.... i was about to go back out on my own also....

congrats gogrow, im happy to hear not everyone is having such a hard time finding jobs. where i work we put up a now hiring sign.....we went through all (all given out) 250 applications in 1 day and its just a shitty fast food job we must of gotten 50 calls from people wanting to talk to the general manager about if they had looked at that persons application yet.

im supposed to be at the new job today.... had some issues with the kids last night and couldnt make it in this morning.... not off to a good start... boss just called to give me a lashing.... "you do want this job right?....":cuss::cuss:
thank god they are friends... gotta hit it hard tomorrow

me too... which is why i dont work for myself.... i become such a shrewd asshole that i cant even stand it.....

on a side note, i feel a bit better... evidently EVERYONE at the office got railed this morning... im not alone here

yeah im not a felon but i lost my license. ive had to turn down about 5 jobs this year cuz i didnt have it. ill be gettin it in september though and there should be no reason why i cant find a job
