THC bomb harvest time

Due to inexperience I believe my girls won't be as potent as they could have been. The tris were ripe, probably 50 amber 50 cloudy but they got there way to fast-46 days. I in no way wanted to rush em but I feared the whole plant going amber and missing my chop window. Executive decision was made.

Temp was a non-issue in the grow closet(80F) with the 400 watt hps so I kept the tops about 6-8 inches away. The test smokes I had are ok, but There is so much more potential.

Unfortunately I read near the end of my grow that its better for the palnt potency to keep lights a bit furthur away and not slowly roast the tricomes away.

two of my favorite sayings- Live and learn....slow and steady wins the race.

Ahh... I am excited for you! How long are you going to cure for?

They're hanging now inside an open carboard box, Rh around the buds is 60% and temps are 75 F. Normal room Rh w/ the dehumid running high like it is now is 45 % so the buds are still wet.

Gotta pick up some hermetically sealed jars and would like to cure for a few weeks but we'll see how my disciplineis.

Chose cheaper seeds b/c it was my 1st grow. I learned a lot.Ive been vegging g13 and sour p for 8 weeks, they're next.

Search grow journals for my grow threads for both the recent 'bomb grow and the upcoming grow. No wet weight . too much of a tease.

Dude you make me very happy. I I'm growing THC bomb now under 4200 watts in a big room so I'm gonna keep topping and spreading. Yours had a lot of bud sites for shorty's. How tall were they? How much was you final dry weight on the tch bomb per watt?

for some reason I was checkin old pics and saw a new post. 2 plants grew under 430 watt hps, i'd say I kept them to 28-30 inches. final yield was 3 z.

I'm just starting out my second grow first one didn't make it due to the heat here in the desert.I am now growing from the inside with cfls as noted in pictures you inspire me to do better thank you for that my friend much respect to you dh.
