30 days old how do they look?

ok im workin with swag seeds an two 150 watt swirl cfl's. i have been putting foil around the pot to help the plant get more light i guess that helps lol. ok but what my question is how do my babys look for only 30 days? the plant in the second pic had been struggling to grow but has been showing better signs. thank god lol thanks for yalls help.

They are fine. Maybe a bit on the small side. With cfls the closer the better. I used to use them about an inch from my plants. Just keep an eye on them.

how far are your lamps?move them one inch from the foliage and its gonna be fine

dont forget that your cfls for veg must be 6000something kelvin.then you must change them with 2700kelvin its better for flowering.this is the colour of the lamp.for veg is cool daylight i think and for flwrng warm white.

usually cfls wont burn your leaves unless there touching, mine are a little less than a in. and my plants are staying nice and short and bushy, you want blue for veg and red for flower
