Isn't that how the great depression started, shit became really cheap but wages stayed the same, then a year later wages fell dramatically everywhere, maybe it's time to start hoarding

I never pass on an opportunity, the latest being a mint condition utility farm vehicle that would street sale, not retail, for $11,500.....it's loaded. Had 41 hours on it, guy was asking $8,500, I paid $7,500. Showroom quality and something I truly need and love for my farm op. Made a GREAT score on my house refi too - fixed rate for 30 years, 4.75% interest rate.

It's not how much you make that counts, it's how you handle what you have.

As I cruise into the autumn of my life, I have noted that folks who usually have nothing have a core behaviorial problem, they just can't handle money wisely. I'm not talking about folks that have drug abuse problems, are lazy, and are generally fuckups, I'm talking about "normal" peeps who nickel and dime themselves into a condition of debt and/or substandard living conditions. I have a relative who made really big money during his career with a major oil company.....guy hasn't got a pot to piss in based on stupid financial choices.

who has been using post count as a meter for experience or knowledge? your post count is just an indication of your forum activity and when compared to your registration date an idea of your loyalty... if you want to find experience, look around the forum for people that are correcting peoples mistakes, taking time to actually help (and not just post sarcastic comments)...

reputation can be a good indicator of experience, as reputation is shared when help is given and appreciated... of course, some people make stupid attempts at cheating the system and just hoping for free +rep around every corner they turn. :)

Gt how ironic. I just saw you tell someone you were giving them +rep for absolutely nothing.
oh where? because you saying that is like me saying I just saw your grandmother running down my street naked ripping bushes out of peoples front yards

growtech, i love that avatar of yours. it looks cool as hell. to answer your question......lots of people look at post count as a factor in deciding if the person is right or wrong or believable(which isnt a bad thing really, its just some people use that as the only deciding factor.)

I can roll a doob. Apparently yesterday(pre-50 post era), I was still learning. Even though I've been spinning my own for 25+ years with even more grows under my belt. I have no rep and don't care. I have a life outside of the net and real people around me that know what's up. Forums are a social area. Sorta like networking sites but waay cooler. Post counts on any forum are useless. You'll find people that have been a member for 3 months with over 1000 posts. I can't imagine with working full time, coaching sports, raising kids. Learn from different sources and you'll learn to recognize the B.S. If you want a real laugh, read all of someone's posts.
