What r the best plant food sticks for veg and the best for flowering?

I think you'll find that most people here don't use plant food sticks. Most of use concentrates like Foxfarm and Advanced Nutrients.

Ive used them before and had really good growth with them. I would give them one every 3 weeks and the plants were amazing.

On just a mid plant i got a oz of good bud.

i reccomend liquid (concentrated) fertilizers too. not saying the sticks don't work i'm sure they do, but i tend to stick with the tried and true.

100% organic is the way to go!
