If its powdery mildew its going to spread throughout the whole plant until it kills it. No way to stop it. Good luck

I believe this fan is insufficient.

I really think you need more fresh air.
The lighting setup looks really good.
Just a couple quick thoughts.....

do you think one more of those will work? one in/one out?

Kinda depends on what you got pulling the air in.

The intake could use a fan also. If you are wanting air to come in that spot then force it by a fan. If you have a fan on your exhaust then air will come in any crack through out your room. This will cause a build up of dust in areas that you don't want people to question. also you cant use the intake to regulate heat. You can get the inline duct fan helpers pretty cheap. What is the CFM of the fan that you are using currently?

Mildew is a bad problem and I have not heard anyone having a fix for it, but...... sometimes the roots will fuzz out because they have way too much water and they are able to make very very small roots to collect water. I hope it is the later. If it is mildew, take the plant out of the room and dispose of, then clean and get ya dehumidifier. Get your humidity to 50-55% and you will be kicking it old school!:bigjoint:

You need complete new air exchange in your grow room every 5 minutes.
For example....
If your room is 10X10X10. thats 1000 cubic feet of space. You want a new volume of fresh air every 5 minutes. Divide 1000cubic feet by 5 minutes. Thats 200 cubic feet of air per minute you need to move. You would need a fan rated AT LEAST 200CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute). This is the BARE MINIMUM of what you need.
Keep in mind that ducting and filters will significantly reduce the CFM rating of any fan. Also when your dealing with issues such as heat, or mold, you are going to want more fresh air and therefore more CFMs.

i am not sure what the cfm is it is a exhaust fan for a bathroom i picked it up at lowes for like 10 bucks...i think the humidity is well over 50%..now a dehumidifier makes humidity or takes it a way..cuz i have a dehumidifier and when i run it it gets rerally wet in there..i run it for a day and leave it off for 2...i need to go get some meters today so i can know for sure what my readings are......

A dehumidifier takes water from the air, a humidifier puts it back in. The device that you are using, do you have to fill up a tank of water every so often cause it needs it or are you emptying one? If its running into a drain in the floor then ya might want to set the dehumidifier on a couple of milk crates and put a bucket under its out take hose.

What is the temps in the MH cabinet? Just curious?

Mold tends to grow on those lil biodegradable cup things for that exact reason ...think theyre biodegradable so theyre in a high humidity/moisture/dark or lite is the perfect place for mold AND THEYRE STARTING TO BREAK DOWN IN THAT ATMOSPHERE jus peel the cup off the dirt and transplant put the cup things in the compost...
