No that's not normal.....What water do you use? Tap?

I'm still new to hydro myself but raising that much every 24 hrs can't be normal

What is your grow method? What medium are you using? When you say GH grow - do you mean Flora Nova nutes or just the grow from the Flora series? Are you mixing the nutes 24 hours before you use them and then adjusting the pH?

I assume you are letting the water stand out for 24 hrs to let the chlorine evaporate. IMO - you should let the water stand to evaporate the chlorine just like you are doing - but I would add my nutes to the strength you want and let that sit for 24 hrs and adjust your pH an hour or so before you use the solution. I used to have the same problem until somebody told me to mix the nutes and let them set. Also if your rez temps are at 68 it is not necessary to use H2O2 (although it will not hurt). A lot of people use hygorzyme and like it - I've tried it on several occasions and found it just mucked up the water and the roots. Hope that helps.

thanks for the advice, im going to try that next time, im useing the hygrozme and h20 couse i didnt have a chiller and my res was to warm and i got brown roots, there looking good now that i have colder res water, ive heard everybody say they got slime in there res from hygozme, it worked great for me and no slime so im wondering if i had something other than root rot, im a newb so i dont know, i do know they were turning brown, i got a chiller and started paying atention to the ph, i was only ph ing the water and then adding nutes, now im checkin it twice daily, also ive started useing co2 so im keeping my garden pretty hot,85-87 deg which ive heard is great when co2ing but even tho ive got my flow dialed i dont know how much my cab leaks, im moving lots of air around in my cab, ive got an ac and fans in a small place so without a co2 moniter its a guessing game, mabey i should lower my cab temp intell im sure there getting 1500ppm
