Lights OFF by accident all day

So, my lights to my grow https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/199898-my-first-hydroponic-white-widow.html are supposed to go on at 7 off at 7 right. well, i moved my ballast yesterday, and my timer as well, and today when i came home at 5pm my lights were still off. I got them on and running, its 9pm now and theyve been going for a while and im a week into flowering. Does anyone think that this will hurt my plants?? I figured that i would leave it on for a few hours tonight, ill shut it off around 12 tonight and just let it go back to its normal schedual tomorrow.


If anyone has any suggestions please help

It's hard to say how one incident like this could affect your plants - I don't know if this will cause them to go hermie or re-veg or what... Have they shown sex yet? If not, this could delay them showing sex...and other than that, you might be alright if you NEVER let anything like this happen again for rest of this grow. Marijuana plants are very light sensitive and need a consistent 12/12 schedule to know when to flower.

Don't know if this is true, but I've read it takes 3 incidents of light interruption (light coming on during the dark cycle or lights going off during the light cycle) to cause a plant to hermie...but I would imagine this differs from plant to plant.
