If I were from Chicago, for instance, and someone claimed they "must have found {me} in the deepest darkest reach's of kenya"; I'm not allowed to actually claim that I was not from Kenya without being labeled PC? I'm afraid you're confused as to the correct definition of the term.

The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program.
