I am a daily smoker and I am having a problem not stuffing my face with everything on earth at dinner time. I have no real problems when I wake and bake, I don't smoke at lunch but when I get home if I get stoned I HAVE to eat till I am ready to explode. I have packed on 10 pounds recently and I have worked too hard to get fat again.
So how do I smoke without getting the munchies or how I can stop it.
