Haha ...what is there to "look up"? I get the same results when I google "barack obama us citizenship controversy" as when I google "fake moon landing". It's all just right wing rhetoric. Comedic right win rhetoric, but rhetoric nonetheless.Taint can't be bothered to look anything up.

That's not a Long Form Birth Certificate, that's a short Certificate of Live Birth, and the reason why that is being upheld as not being sufficient to prove his citizenship is because they (COLBs) were routinely issued to foreign citizens and people born overseas, so it does not actually prove that he was born inside the hospital named, it just proves that they saw him alive.
Not only that, but there is a possiblity that that is fraudulent (the person that posted it online was caught with multiple blank COLBs.)
Then there's apparently charges being placed against Obama that he is guilty of wires fraud, mail fraud, and social security fraud due to possibly having over 100 SSNs.
While that last is more extreme, I am increasingly believing that not only is he not a citizen, but he should be held guilty of treason along with all of his major campaign supporters.

I need to see legitimate new sources and this little thing called proof concerning some of these wacko claims about Obama's citizenship and legal existence. Some of these claims are insane.....I mean insane.
Is there any doubt that his mom is an American citizen? I've never heard otherwise. If she's his mother, Obama is a citizen. Plain and simple. Pursuing this nonsense really makes your intention seem wholly irrational. You are being guided by mere nonsense unless you have actual proof. I can make any claim, but without proof, it's merely a claim and should be considered as such. Here are other claims:

Having a US citizen as a parent makes you a US citizen in MANY cases. Yes it frickin does. Look up the pre-1986 laws buddy. Even if his mother's age disqualifies him for immediate citizenship, the fact that he was born in a US state does! My god man! How long are you going to continue on this tangent? It's over. Dead. That isn't a BIRTH CERTIFICATE, its a certificate of live birth. If you look it up you will find they are 2 very different things. Anyone can get a certificate of live birth, you only need a few witnesses and a Notary. A Birth Certificate is rendered upon the baby's birth and is the contract between the state and the person, Birth certificates are legal contracts setting the state up as a persons benefactor. There are the parents signatures giving control of the child to the state with stated surnames which deems it a contract.Yes it does.
There is one more piece of damnable evidence to Obama's US citizenship claim. In 1981 he went on a college trip to Pakistan ( http://blogs.abcnews.com/politicalpunch/2008/04/obamas-college.html ) by his own admission. Just one thing wrong with that, in 1981 the state department had a travel ban to Pakistan because of the nuclear armament thing during the Carter years. SO if Obama really was a US citizen, then he wouldn't have been allowed to travel there. BUT if he were a citizen of say INDONESIA, he would have been allowed. Facts show he was allowed to go, so he must not have been a US citizen at the time, cuz to be president you must not only BE a citizen, but you must have been BORN here also. Arnold Shwarzenegger is a US citizen, but he cannot ever be president.
Thats about as much as I know, I realize there is a huge stink about the whole thing, but considering how much the US Constitution has been shit on it sure doesn't surprise me that it could happen.
