Honey or brown sugar work in place of molasses?

Would either of those work in place of molasses? just wondering cuz I have both on hand and would like to get away using one of those and not having to buy molasses just for this use.

well ive used honey in the past but i cant tell you if it made a difference..i started to just mix honey and molasses together..i read in maximum yield that it can work in replacement of molasses

plants do not eat honey, sugar, mollasses, butter, or jam, thats just silly

i have used honey along with other growers that i have talked to , same effects as molasses IMO....
