What company did you order thru? Ive always wanted to get some seeds but dont like the chance of bringing on the heat, although Im completly legal. Seems like people order seeds to the states all day long and never get any heat, but with my luck....got the new seeds in today.. so im going to germinate a few of them.. then i plan on about 4 weeks of veg.. so say 5 weeks or so from today?? your right about the rookie thing tho..
almost said monkeys and tigers... cougars just sounded cooler at the time.. lol

quick update..
the seeds came yesterday.. started germing 7 of them... if they all germinate that will give me a total of 10 strains for this grow.. all of which are female except one... i should end up with 1 white shark (unknown sex), 3 blueberry, 1 og kush, 1 super lemon haze, 1 matanuska tundra, 1 bluehash, 1 white widow, 1 strawberry cough, 1 gigabud, and 1 power kush.... this should make for a very interesting grow... and especially since the sprouts are good genetics and wont be stressed, it will much better represent the abilities of the hydro system...
sending out a package for you today TM... hopefully it gets there soon for ya!!
so things are starting to get where i want them to be.. or think they should.. maybe i just set to high of expectations for myself.. but if you get complacent you get lazy.. so as long as im never "satisfied" i will always be pushing for bigger and better plants...

2 more males. not to bad very pleased so far. way better ratio from the seed banki went threw..
like i said these are just to let me no what kinda smoke it is and how they grow. ima gona go big nxt time.... still have 2 in the green house puttin on the hight. lets hope it a girl. hell mayb ill just swap 2 indoor with the 2 outdoor then i know i have a couple ladies out there..... yep thats a what ima gona do...... thanks samy 4 da seed.....

damn i think i only got 1 femal out of those 4 fem blueberrys i started SS. i just checked .. the 1 i thought wuz all stretched like a male, is a confirmed female, and the shorter 3 have the start of male flowers.. but hey ive been wrong be4. there still all real early in veg

thants crazy man cuz last night when i looked the 2 that wernt showing sex yet were the same hight, then i checked this morning and they are both male but 1 grew like 5 to 7" over night..

hell if i know..but i switched from continuous light bout 2 weeks ago to 18/6..so that might be why there starting to show..but they are.. ive got either balls..or pistals on my seedlings in veg... so i dunno..theyll be clear to the eye, in a couple days..if u look close u can see the immature pre flowers..

damn.. really?? that makes me nervous that the stress the ones i have going have endured will make them turn on me... crossing my fingers they dont.. but thanks for the heads up.. ill keep and eye on them..
havent heard of this unless you see preflowers.. but then again i dont really care too much until flower anyways... i treat them all the same till they show balls.. then i destroy with extreme prejudice...
so you think 18/6 will show preflowers and 24/0 wont?? or just it takes longer with 24/0 because they dont get the dark period??thays why i switched from 24/0 to 18/6 for veg. forthat reason. preflower

could make sense... the rest makes them more feel its late summer early fallish where as the 24/0 would feel like dead middle of summer... no reason to sex in the middle of the summer... well... at least for the plants... nothing is better than a nice tan ass

ya id say so for sure. last cycle i went continuous st8 to 12 12. nothing showed sex that i started from seed. these plants i have in veg are a bit smaller and theve just started showing, in veg under 18/6. so id say if u were runnin a full room on veg id start it under continuous for a few weeks, than cut back. thats just me, but they show maturation faster i believe.

nope bro your right on that one. i was when i first started growing running st8 24/0 and to was not flowering fast enough when switched over.then i started running 24/0 for 30 days of veg the switch over to 18/6 the last 30 days i started seeing buds a lot fast and seeing the sex of seedling a little sooner. now i run 18/6 the whole veg cycle and when i through a seedling into flower thats only 2 weeks old i can tell what sex it is in about 5 days... ya im sure lighting has a lot to play in flower set, and sexing a plant earlyer then some.
