The WHO said that this swine flu is out of their control, and that it will start to cause real problems in the fall. Because of this hype and fear mongering, they've created a vaccine for it.

I don't think swine flu is the problem, if it even exists. I would worry about the vaccine. Last time they made a swine flu vaccine it killed many many people who took it.

But yes, a pandemic would certainly be the easiest way for them to bring out martial law. That or a nuclear strike on the west coast from a NK ballistic missile. Apparently there's been a lot of military activity in Cali lately. People have been reporting about constant fly-by's of black choppers, small and large. Also military vehicles/riot vehicles have been seen around in SoCal. From what I've heard, they seem to be preparing for something, but I haven't seen it for myself so I can't confirm anything.

i imagine the state is going to have to stop some services as it has no more money to operate, that will cause problems. People who are not independent thinking and cannot do for themselves what needs to be done will probably start rioting. There will be looting and violence and the Nat Guard will probably be sent in to quell the uprising. Either that or its the beginning of martial law for the rest of the nation. Something is coming thats for sure.
